The company is known for high-quality standards, complex developments, and long-term investments, offering a stable yet dynamic environment for senior legal professionals.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day legal support to the company and its affiliates, including:Drafting, reviewing, and advising on corporate, legal, and commercial documentsDrafting, reviewing, advising, and negotiating construction-related contracts and agreementsAdvising on agreements with various counterparties, ensuring commercial and legal soundnessDevelop and implement internal legal and compliance policies in line with prevailing laws and regulationsEnsure compliance in corporate actions, transactions, and deals with internal policies and applicable regulationsProvide legal advice to internal stakeholders on legal, risk management, and good corporate governance mattersSupport corporate secretarial functions, including amendments to articles of association, changes in company data, and board or commissioner appointmentsMonitor implementation of company policies and employee compliance across the organization and group companiesLiaise and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and proper execution of corporate actions and transactions from a business perspectiveProvide updates and internal briefings on Indonesian regulations relating to construction, real estate, and investmentAssist with legal due diligence processes and liaise with external legal consultantsSupport litigation, arbitration, or mediation matters in coordination with external counselHandle ad-hoc legal matters as assignedThe Successful ApplicantRequirementsIndonesian-qualified lawyer with an active PERADI licenseMinimum 8 years of legal experience, gained from:A reputable corporate law firm (associate to middle-associate level), and/orIn-house legal roles within construction, real estate, or infrastructure companies, preferably in a multinational environmentStrong experience advising senior management of multinational companies, including non-legal stakeholdersSolid background in construction law, real estate transactions, and corporate mattersStrong understanding and practical experience withFIDIC contracts is highly importantFIDIC training certification and hands-on experience in FIDIC-based transactions will be a significant advantageWell-versed in Indonesian corporate law, construction law, and real estate regulationsProfessional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)1 year contract role with possibility to be converted as full time employmentWhat's on OfferJoin a Leading Multinational Construction GroupThis is an opportunity to be part of a multinational market leader in premium construction, with a strong reputation and an impressive portfolio of landmark projects across the region.
