Job Description



  • You will develop and implement the segment sales strategy and budget, ensuring regular follow-up with the oversight country. Drive top-line growth in each target segment and set appropriate local targets for the sales unit based on key objectives from global business units and segment leaders. Ensure achievement through regular oversight and implementation of improvement plans as needed.


  • Continuously assess market trends, customers, competitors, industries, applications, and country analysis to identify and realize opportunities with existing and potential new customers in the target segment. Provide feedback to business units/product groups on market trends, competitive landscape, pricing expectations, channel strategy, and local conditions to win.


  • Build and maintain strong relationships at senior levels with key customers, stakeholders, and decision-makers. Ensure effective marketing communication and agree with the business unit/product group on relevant metrics (e.g., On Time in Full (OTIF), lead time) that must be reported and focused on to ensure and grow customer satisfaction.


  • Support the development of strong relationships with key customers, build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, and ensure efficient marketing communications. Achieve sales volume and targets by setting appropriate prices and margins for sales booked locally. Participate in key contract negotiations and manage ongoing costs using the latest global tools and processes to maximize team efficiency.

The Successful Applicant



  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in electrical engineering.
  • Has network or have handled PLN as customers.


  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a sales manager, or at least 5 years as a sales team lead.


  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all organizational levels.


  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing.


  • Strong business acumen and industry expertise.


  • Excellent communication skills in Engllish.
