Job Description

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and maintain high-performance, scalable, and reliable frontend applications.
  • Make architectural decisions and collaborate with backend, product, and design teams.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues using advanced tools like memory profiling and Lighthouse.
  • Implement SSR/SSG frameworks to enhance SEO and content delivery.
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployments via GitLab.
  • Promote best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and provide technical leadership.
  • Build user-centric features with a focus on usability and responsiveness.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Frontend Engineer should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • 6+ years of experience in modern JavaScript, including advanced concepts (Closures, Currying, Promises) and strong React.js expertise for building scalable interfaces.
  • Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and CSS Modules.
  • Experience with GitLab CI/CD, performance audits, and Web Vitals optimization.
  • Experience with React Testing Library, ESLint, SonarQube, and Cypress.
  • Understanding of observability, logging, and monitoring practices.
  • Exposure to monolithic and micro-frontend architectures.
  • Basic knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
