Job Description

As a Senior Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the preparation and accuracy of financial statements and reports.
  • Ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards.
  • Providing strategic financial advice to support business decisions.
  • Leading month-end and year-end closing processes efficiently.
  • Collaborating with internal and external auditors during audits.
  • Developing and implementing internal controls to improve financial processes.
  • Mentoring and guiding team members in the Accounting & Finance department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager should have:

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of industry experience, ideally with 2-3 years in a Big 4 firm.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and accounting software (i.e., Odoo, Accurate, etc.)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
