Job Description

As a Senior HR Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top talent for the organisation.
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.
  • Overseeing employee relations and addressing workplace concerns effectively.
  • Supporting performance management and facilitating employee development programmes.
  • Collaborating with department heads to ensure workforce planning aligns with business needs.
  • Ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations within the industrial sector.
  • Maintaining accurate HR records and generating insightful reports for management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior HR Specialist should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in HR generalist role within a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices in Indonesia.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HR management systems and relevant software tools.
