Job Description

  • Developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies to enhance our retail presence and drive brand awareness and loyalty.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute retail marketing campaigns, promotions, and events that align with brand objectives and business goals.
  • Analyzing market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and refine brand positioning.
  • Collaborating with product development teams to ensure our retail offerings meet customer expectations and reflect our brand identity.
  • Managing the end-to-end retail brand experience, including visual merchandising, store design, and customer engagement.
  • Monitoring and analyzing retail sales performance, customer feedback, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of brand initiatives.
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and partners to enhance brand collaborations and retail partnerships.
  • Providing mentorship and guidance to junior marketing team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading brand strategies and retail marketing initiatives in a senior role.
  • Strong understanding of the retail industry, consumer behavior, and market trends.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and utilization of insights to drive strategic decisions.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative retail marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software.
