Job Description

  • Leading and managing consultancy projects focused on financial restructuring, turnaround management, and M&A activities.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to optimize client transactions and enhance organizational performance.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business challenges and propose effective solutions.
  • Analyzing complex financial data to support strategic decision-making processes for restructuring, M&A, and capital raising.
  • Creating detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely delivery of advisory services.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior team members to foster professional growth.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in financial advisory and restructuring.
  • Preparing and presenting reports to senior management and clients, highlighting an optimal balance of maximizing value and mitigating risk.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a consulting, advisory, or strategy role within the financial services sector, with a focus on restructuring, M&A, or capital markets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data for valuation, modeling, and risk assessment.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and leading project teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling, valuation, and data analysis tools
