Our client is a well-established organisation in the healthcare industry, with several hospitals across the country. They are looking to expand their business and looking to add members to their team.

Job Description

  • Create architectural concepts and detailed designs for hospital facilities, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and healthcare professionals to integrate medical workflows into architectural plans
  • Ensure designs meet building codes, hospital accreditation standards, and environmental sustainability requirements
  • Conduct meetings with clients, hospital administrators, and government authorities to align design objectives with operational needs
  • Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation for approvals and construction
  • Oversee construction progress to ensure adherence to design intent, quality standards, and timelines

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture
  • Minimum 8 years of experience with portfolio in healthcare or hospital projects
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and other design tools
  • Knowledge of hospital design standards, infection control principles, and patient flow optimization
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Cirebon and travel as needed
