About Our Client

- Senior Account Manager in Manila will be given the responsibility to build & develop lasting relationships with the company's customer base in the Philippines.
- Formulate commercial strategies to drive business growth for the customer base in Asia
- Understand the business models, challenges & opportunities of each client
- Build a thorough knowledge of the industry
- Be commercially aware and identify up-selling & cross-selling opportunities
- Use analytical skills to identify & solve complex problems
- Collaborate well with cross-functional & internal stakeholders, within Asia & further afield
- Monitor customer performance against internal targets & report back to the business
- Travel to high profile industry events

- Highly credible & relationship driven, customer centric professional
- Extensive experience dealing with high value customer base
- Excellent analytical skills & highly data driven
- Mandarin language ability is desirable but not essential
- Experience working with technical/ IT teams
- Willingness to travel in the Philippines & wider Asia
- Bright & challenge orientated
