Job Description

  • Develop and execute segment-specific sales strategies and budgets, ensuring alignment with national and global objectives.
  • Lead and mentor the segment sales team to achieve performance targets and improve sales efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including developers, building owners, contractors, and industry influencers.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decisions and product positioning.
  • Collaborate across divisions and regions to leverage synergies and drive business development.
  • Participate in pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and risk management processes to support sustainable growth.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in project sales or key account management, preferably in building materials, industrial systems, or data center infrastructure.
  • Strong network and experience working directly with developers, owners, and contractors.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and commercial acumen.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
