About Our Client
Our respective client is an established and well regarding provider of Fire and Security Solutions across Indonesia. They are an authorized distributor for one of the biggest security system companies globally, in additional to long standing distribution arrangements for some of the strongest international brands in their industry.
- Optimize selling and service functions in the territory to achieve sales growth and customer satisfaction outcomes.
- Day to day operational responsibility for a mixture of 2-3 Branch Offices / Representative offices.
- Meet the sales target given, Margin performance and growth of Key Accounts
- Increase the capital efficiency (Stock efficiency, Debtor collections / cash etc.)
- Develops, implements and sutains comprehensive account plans to achieve annual sales numbers
- Support the administrative requirements of the business and meet the QHSE obligations in the locations within the territory
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related fields. MBA is a plus.
- 10 years of experience in sales with 2 years experience in the management level.
- Competency in English both oral and written will be well regarded
- Willing to travel extensively
- Demonstrated ability to manage sales team performance and meet targets
