Job Description

  • Optimizing Sales Processes: Streamlining and refining sales workflows, from initial lead generation through to vehicle delivery, ensuring efficiency and a premium customer journey.
  • Overall Operational Oversight: Providing strategic oversight and optimizing operational workflows across the entire dealership, encompassing Sales, Service, and Spare Parts departments, to ensure maximum efficiency and a seamless luxury experience for clientele.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Conducting in-depth analysis of performance data from Sales, Service, and Spare Parts, identifying key trends, forecasting performance, and delivering actionable insights that inform strategic business decisions.
  • CRM Management: Championing the effective utilization of the dealership's CRM system, ensuring data integrity, and leveraging its full potential for tracking customer interactions and managing the sales pipeline across all departments.
  • Sales Enablement: Equipping the sales team with the necessary tools, comprehensive training, and resources to excel, including the development of sales playbooks and best practices.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establishing and closely monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for Sales, Service, and Spare Parts, pinpointing areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions to boost productivity and overall profitability.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborating closely with sales, marketing, finance, service, and spare parts departments to ensure strong alignment and support for broader business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience, typically 5+ years, in a Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a similar analytical leadership role, with a strong preference for candidates from the automotive or luxury retail sector.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, demonstrating the ability to translate complex data into clear, concise reports and practical recommendations across multiple operational areas.
  • Expertise in CRM software and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • A deep understanding of the sales lifecycle, service operations, and spare parts management, along with a comprehensive grasp of best practices in sales enablement.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to influence and foster collaboration across all organizational levels.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and meticulous attention to detail.
