Job Description

As a Sales Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies
  • Negotiating and closing agreements with enterprise clients
  • Monitoring and analysing performance metrics
  • Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
  • Understanding category-specific landscapes and trends
  • Reporting on sales results and forecasting to senior management

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Manager should have:

  • Proven work experience as a sales manager in the Technology industry specifically targetting Enterprise clients
  • Excellent communication and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • An understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Proven to bring in clients and multi-year project technology project deals
