The company is a long‑established footwear manufacturer based in Bogor, focusing on producing quality casual and leather shoes for international markets. It has grown into a sizable operation with a large workforce and a consistent emphasis on craftsmanship and product standards

Job Description

  • Identify and secure new international clients (brands, distributors, sourcing agents).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts.
  • Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, costings, and sales presentations.
  • Lead contract negotiations and manage end-to-end sales processes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, design, planning, QC) to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Monitor sample development, production progress, and delivery timelines.
  • Conduct market research on global footwear trends, materials, and competitor landscape.
  • Represent SEMASI at trade shows, buyer visits, and international sourcing events.
  • Track sales performance and provide monthly reports to management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Marketing Manager should have:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or relevant field.
    • Minimum 5 years experience in B2B sales (preferably footwear or manufacturing).
    • Understanding of export processes, production cycles, and supply chain.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills with international clients.
    • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and production teams.
    • Fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
    • Strong analytical thinking and structured approach to sales management.
