Job Description

  • Lead marketing initiatives to promote power solutions and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (PLN, IPP, government entities).
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Develop proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
  • Oversee project execution, including procurement, delivery, and site installation.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE standards and manage cost control.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and subcontractors for seamless project delivery.
  • Prepare and present marketing performance reports to senior leadership.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in sales within the energy or industrial sector.
  • Strong network with PLN and other IPP.
  • Strong knowledge of power systems and project lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
