Job Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Provide technical and sales support to customers
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions and other industry events
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders
  • Manage the sales team and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities

The Successful Applicant

  • Native Korean with strong communication skills in English. Ability to speak Bahasa Indonesia will be a plus.
  • At least 10 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the HVAC industry
  • Knowledge of chillers and SAC systems is required
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Willingness to travel as needed
