Job Description

Sales Operations:

  • Manage day-to-day sales activities, including organizing client meetings, creating sales literature (brochures, presentations), and representing the company at trade exhibitions and conferences. Digital marketing efforts, especially via LinkedIn for spreading market awareness.



Business Development & Account Acquisition:

  • Identify potential key account prospects and develop tailored strategies for approaching and acquiring them. Maintain strong relationships with key industry players and prospects, presenting offerings and continuously promoting solutions.



Sales Management & Client Solutions:

  • Lead the coordination of sales activities, focusing on achieving targets. Review and qualify sales opportunities, manage project proposals, and ensure solutions are customized to client needs. Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the sales process, ensuring all contractual terms are followed.



Contract Negotiations & Agreements:

  • Lead negotiations to close deals on favourable terms, ensuring timely contract execution. Work closely with internal teams to resolve any open issues and maximise revenue.



Financial & Sales Reporting:

  • Prepare annual sales budgets, quarterly forecasts, and weekly reports. Track sales performance, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting on project statuses.



Project Handover:

  • Ensure a smooth transition of successfully acquired projects to the operations team for delivery, providing all relevant information and promises made to clients.

The Successful Applicant

Education:

Degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing, preferably in the construction or logistics industries.

Experience:

At least 5 years of experience in selling technical services, ideally in construction industry with a focus on high tolerance flooring operations.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the market and technical solutions.
  • Experience in negotiating contracts and managing client relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business goals.
