Job Description

  • Build and maintain strong customer and distributor relationships to drive long-term growth.
  • Promote hydraulic products, systems, and solutions to secure product specifications and increase market share.
  • Execute strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and margins within assigned territories.
  • Provide customers with technical expertise and consultation on system applications.
  • Lead product training sessions and technical workshops for distributors and end-users.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and customer insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as supply chain, finance, pricing, and marketing.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for leadership.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities across product groups.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 8 years' experience in a related field (hydraulics, industrial engineering, oil & gas, heavy equipment, power plant, etc.)
  • At least 3 years in a senior sales engineer or similar technical sales position
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or Business with technical background
  • Master's degree (MBA/Engineering) is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of large-scale engineering projects and industrial applications
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and technical customer requirements
