About Our Client

Our client is a Tier 1 Multinational Company in the Building Materials sector. Boasting a stellar track record, they are currently looking for a Sales Manager to be a part of their team.

Job Description

The Retail Sales Manager will be based in Makassar and will be reporting directly to the Head of Sales. The key responsibilities include and are not limited to:

  • Ensuring the execution of promotional strategies to drive and push business
  • Managing sell-in and sell-out to deliver planned profitable growth
  • Handling GT channel and ensuring that deployment and execution of all strategies are delivered
  • Ensuring that performance of distributors are aligned with the planned P&L
  • Taking corrective actions when needed to ensure that all strategies are aligned with the goals

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree holder
  • Minimum 8 years of commercial working experience preferably in Building Materials/FMCG sector
  • Minimum of 4 years working experience handling a team
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Experience handling distributor accounts (Distributor Management)
  • Clear communication skills and strong interpersonal and influencing skills
