ProfileExperience & Background10+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales, solution selling, or business development within the banking and financial services sector.Strong track record working for a system integrator, technology consulting firm, or major technology vendor serving BFSI clients.Demonstrated success selling large-scale IT modernization, digital transformation, or enterprise platform implementations.Deep familiarity with banking operations and technology stacks, including core banking, channels, middleware, infrastructure, and security.Executive Network & Market CredibilityWell-established C-level relationships across Indonesian banks and financial institutions.Proven ability to initiate and sustain senior-level conversations centered on strategic transformation, not transactional selling.Strong reputation and credibility within the Indonesia BFSI ecosystem.Skills & Personal AttributesStrong consultative and solution-selling mindset with the
