Job Description

The Business Development Manager will be responsible in crafting, developing, and executing business development/sales strategies to drive business growth. Other responsibilities include:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales personnel
  • Drive business through continuous development and execution of sales strategy
  • Identify opportunities to grow the business
  • Expand new channels, especially on retail sector

The Successful Applicant

To seize the opportunity you should be/have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business/Management/ is preferred
  • 5 years of working experience in business development/sales with people management responsibility
  • Experience in automotive industry, specifically in after-sales market with connection to retail
  • Strategic thinker and goal-oriented individual
  • Strong people management skill
