Job Description
The Business Development Manager will be responsible in crafting, developing, and executing business development/sales strategies to drive business growth. Other responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage a team of sales personnel
- Drive business through continuous development and execution of sales strategy
- Identify opportunities to grow the business
- Expand new channels, especially on retail sector
The Successful Applicant
To seize the opportunity you should be/have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business/Management/ is preferred
- 5 years of working experience in business development/sales with people management responsibility
- Experience in automotive industry, specifically in after-sales market with connection to retail
- Strategic thinker and goal-oriented individual
- Strong people management skill
