About Our Client

A global technology-based client is looking for a high-caliber individual to join their team.
As one of their key markets in Indonesia, they are ambitious to market their product or solution to both small- and large-scale enterprise.
You will be working very closely with the Regional Head of Sales, who is overlooking the commercial aspect of the business. As the leader, you will be expected understand the solution on the hows-to for the clients. Other responsibilities include:
- Generating and managing relationships with selected clients.
- Driving the best customer journey and helping the clients to achieve their needs through customization of solutions.
- Educating our clients on the solutions, and the platform capabilities.
- Building and developing relationship with network of subject matter experts and multiple stakeholders.
- Collaborating with trial to paid customers and driving and closing deals to build long-term partnership.
- Sustaining, and growing selected accounts (including acquisition and retention).
- Ensuring that all sales KPIs are achieved in a timely manner.
- Ensuring and implementing that good governance is in place that is according to both local and global's standard.
- Leading and driving the profitability, including new client acquisitions, cross-sell and retention.
- Developing and implementing data strategy for lead generation in order to achieve growth and profit target.
- Leading a lean and highly-diversed team members in Indonesia.
The Successful Applicant
Only Indonesians with strong communication in both English and Bahasa are eligible for this role. Ideally, you will have at least 5 years of working experience, in which most of them are spent in international companies. You will be expected to be hands-on and possess strong entrepreneur mindset. Other requirement includes:
- Industry background: B2B solution sales, enterprise sales, SaaS product, cloud-based, digital marketing or technology consulting firm, ideally from global brands.
- Comfortable to work in a dynamic environment, with a can-do attitude.
- Strong track records in account management and providing technology-related solution in previous roles.
- Overseas experience or education will be highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal skills, negotiation, teamwork and the ability to gain the confidence of people by understanding their needs.
- Willingness to work as either an independent contributor or as a team leader.
- Understand the dynamic of working in a start-up environment.
- Strong analytical capabilities coupled with the ability to identify and solve issues.
