Job Description

  • Ensures that the business is capturing critical data in relation to conversion targets and market opportunities
  • Maintains sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors
  • Ensures the correct adoption & focus of processes, methods, tools and rituals for portfolio retention and customer loyalty
  • Manages the sales team - attracts, motivates & retains the best sales talent
  • Works in strong alignment with global and regional teams to ensure adequate enablement and performance level for his/her country
  • Collects and provides client insights and trends to marketing and BI areas to contribute with start plan design
  • Contributes with design of training and lead designing of incentive and remuneration schemes in teamwork with marketing, HR and finance areas in alignment with business strategies
  • Promotes the strengthening of the brand and the customer loyalty internal and externally
  • Ensures appropriate sales forecasting in strong alignment with finance area and his/her team
  • Understands and effectively communicates the company's value prop, tech, process and current partnerships, online & offline actions
  • Uses modern online & offline social / networking tools to promote sodexo services & products externally and internally, in front of a senior stakeholders audience (get involved in the right communities, organize the production of right content & events such as round tables with Marketing)

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate must be able to build strong customer relationships and delivers customer-centric solutions energy with a positive, customer-centric attitude. A team player, results driven, and highly experienced in leading the junior members to meet both personal career goals and the company's goals. Other than that:

  • Minimum five year's experience in leading a sales team
  • Previous experience in senior sales role with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent experience, Master's degree preferred
  • Advanced English business proficiency skill, both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of CRM software (sales force)
  • Knowledge of the industry or market in which he or she is conducting analyses.
  • Knowledge of the Local Employee Benefits Legislation
  • Local product specifics (technical, legal, social aspects)
  • KPIs (data) understanding
  • Understanding of the technical aspects of Sodexo products
  • Understanding of Data protections regulations
