- Sales Director will be responsible for working with the regional leaders & decision makers to design & deliver strategic objectives as per the global & regional business strategy
- Be the critical link between sales strategy & execution for the business in the Philippines
- Create turn-around solutions as and when required, within changing market circumstances
- Operational management: closely manage the sales force to ensure the team are well equipped to execute the business plan
- Maintain and develop strategic relationships both internally & externally to benefit their clients
- Ensure an exceptional level of client engagement & understanding
- Be both a strong people manager & coach/ mentor to the team, ensuring they are engaged, motivated & can develop their careers within the business.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Sales Director should have a proven track record of having success in the key aspects in the job description & an IT sales background which is focused on technology services. Able to be based in Manila.
