This role is Manila based.
- Responsibility for driving business growth aross the Philippines market
- Leading and developing a sizeable sales team on a national level
- Responsible for overal sales performance & activites across different sales channels
- Foster strong business relationships internally & externally
- Manage & motivate the team, as well as succession planning
- Manage multiple stakeholders both locally & on an international level
- Analysis market trends & opportunities
The Successful Applicant
- Sales Director should have at least 15 years in sales manangement positions within FMCG
- Proven track record driving business growth & developing teams which can be qualified by previous line managers, peers & subordinates
- Ambitious, driven & resilient
- Excellent communication & influencing ability
- Strong stakeholder management
- Strong background in modern trade, general trade & trade marketing
- Role is open only to Filipino candidates who can be based in Manila
