Job Description



  • Formulate and roll out market strategies for the SEA region, covering pricing frameworks, competitive positioning, and channel growth.


  • Guide and inspire regional sales, marketing, and business development teams to consistently surpass objectives.


  • Pinpoint emerging opportunities and foster strategic alliances


  • Direct the negotiation of major contracts, oversee high-value accounts, and champion customer loyalty programs.


  • Coordinate with operations, logistics, and technical departments to deliver projects on time and to standard.


  • Track shifts in market demand, regulatory requirements, and competitive activity to steer decision-making.


  • Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and executive-level client engagements.


  • Provide regular updates on commercial outcomes, forecasts, and market intelligence to senior leadership.


  • Advance digital tools adoption and refine CRM processes to enhance team efficiency.

The Successful Applicant



  • Proven track record in senior commercial leadership across markets.


  • Strong business development and strategic account management expertise.


  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills.


  • Outstanding negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.


  • Strategic mindset with the ability to execute at pace.


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.


  • Fluent in English; additional regional languages an advantage.
