Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive new business acquisition for banking and financial services accounts in Indonesia
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for IT services and banking solutions (Digital Banking, Core Banking, Payments, Risk & Compliance, Data, Cloud, etc.)
  • Leverage an established CxO-level network (CEO, CIO, CTO, COO, CDO) across banks, insurers, and major financial institutions
  • Originate, qualify, and close large, complex, multi-year enterprise deals
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles-from opportunity identification and solution positioning to commercial negotiations and contract closure
  • Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and solution teams to shape compelling value propositions
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline aligned with optimistic growth targets
  • Represent the organization at industry forums, banking events, and executive roundtables
  • Provide market intelligence on competitive landscape, customer buying patterns, and emerging BFSI technology trends

The Successful Applicant

Candidate ProfileExperience & Background

  • Proven experience (typically 12+ years) in enterprise IT sales, with significant focus on BFSI
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new banking and large financial services accounts in Indonesia
  • Background from leading IT Services, System Integrators, Fintech, or Banking Technology providers
  • Strong understanding of banking technology ecosystems and buying processes



Network & Influence

  • Established and trusted relationships with CxO and senior decision-makers across Indonesian banks and major financial institutions
  • Reputation as a strategic advisor rather than a transactional seller



Sales Capability

  • Track record of closing USD multi-million enterprise deals
  • Skilled in consultative selling, value-based selling, and complex deal structuring
  • Comfortable operating in a quota-carrying, high-performance hunter role



Leadership & Mindset

  • Self-starter with strong ownership mentality
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
  • Resilient, results-driven, and thrives in fast-growth environments
