Job Description

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline through enterprise clients, hyperscalers, and telecom providers.
  • Provide customized solutions based on client needs.
  • Monitor industry trends to anticipate customer needs and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Foster a results-driven culture by setting KPIs and providing continuous training.
  • Work closely with technical and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in Technology B2B sales with exposure in data center, cloud, or IT infrastructure.
  • Proven track record in colocation, connectivity, or managed services sales.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to make sound business decisions.
