Job Description

This role will be reporting to the President Director. This role will be leading and overseeing the Sales, Marketing and also Commercial Planning departments in Indonesia. Main responsibility is to develop sales strategies and ensuring smooth execution. Other key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets
  • Ensuring effective distribution management
  • Maintaining relationships with dealerships and distributors
  • Identifying new market potentials to ensure best market penetration can be achieved
  • Accomplishing business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans; implementing sales plans
  • Providing insights for new business opportunities and leading the team to execute strategies
  • Establishing strong connections with potential/existing stakeholders to create value
  • Driving the feasibility study of potential new dealer partners to join the business
  • Responsible for overall Indonesia sales performance
  • Prepare the annual budget and detail business plan including yield monitoring analysis, quarterly accounts and management reports.
  • Make full use of market intelligence such as competitors, product profile and product price to enlarge market share
  • Coaching and guiding team - fostering collaborative culture

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree, MBA would be a PLUS
  • Min. 12 years of experience in the Automotive segment, sitting in Senior Management team
  • Strong networks and connections within the Automtotive sector, with in depth knowledge regarding market dynamics, regulatory landscape
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Strong strategic thinking and excellent leadership skills
