Job Description

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that align with organizational goals and national market opportunities.
  • Drive market penetration and enhance brand visibility across key regions served by the company.
  • Lead product positioning, pricing strategies, and market entry plans for new developments.
  • Oversee nationwide sales operations, including direct teams and agent networks.
  • Establish and monitor sales targets, performance frameworks, and incentive systems.
  • Continuously improve sales pipeline efficiency and conversion rates through data-driven insights.
  • Lead the company's overall branding strategy and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Direct digital marketing, campaign execution, and integrated communication efforts.
  • Conduct market analysis, customer insight research, and competitive benchmarking to inform strategy.
  • Strengthen the end-to-end customer journey from inquiry to handover, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Partner with customer care leadership to refine service touchpoints and elevate post-purchase engagement.
  • Work closely with product development, finance, and corporate strategy teams to align on pricing, product positioning, and market timing.
  • Represent the sales & marketing function in executive meetings and strategic business reviews.

The Successful Applicant

  • 12+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or commercial leadership within property development or related sectors.
  • Proven ability to lead large teams and deliver strong sales performance.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesia's real estate landscape and customer behavior.
  • Expertise in branding, digital marketing, and integrated campaigns.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
