Job Description

  • Oversee and develop both local and international accounts.
  • Handle customer technical needs, commercial orders, and pricing.
  • Maintain customer relationships to support business operations.
  • Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery according to customer schedules and confirmed orders.
  • Address both internal and external customer complaints.
  • Oversee new label introductions, product developments, customer qualifications, and trials.
  • Plan and forecast annual sales quantities and create budget plans for active accounts.
  • Conduct periodic market surveys, analyze market trends and updates, and perform SWOT analysis for customers.
  • Prepare monthly reports detailing sales volume, achievements, market trends, and progress in product development and qualifications.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Have network within packaging industry, or have worked in food ingredients company will be a advantage.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English.
  • Skilled in Excel and other computer applications.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional sales training certification is a plus.
  • Willing to work under various conditions to support the company's business, including working beyond regular office hours, on weekends, and handling both alcoholic and non-alcoholic clients.
