Job Description

  • Develop and execute retail sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  • Manage and grow relationships with retail distributors, modern trade, and specialty stores.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand product presence in retail channels.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and implement action plans to improve results.
  • Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to ensure effective in-store promotions and product visibility.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the retail sales team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and customer service standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in retail sales within building materials, interior solutions, or related industries.
  • Proven track record in managing retail channels and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent understanding of retail operations and consumer buying behavior.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
