We are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to drive the growth of Cash Loan / Personal Loan business. This role is responsible for end-to-end product ownership - from conceptualizing and developing competitive loan products to defining and executing go-to-market strategies that ensure strong market penetration and sustainable growth. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of consumer lending, market trends, and sales optimization.

Job Description

  • Lead the design, development, and enhancement of cash/personal loan products that meet customer needs and align with business goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (risk, operations, legal, tech, etc.) to ensure smooth and compliant product rollout
  • Monitor product performance and initiate enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and portfolio performance
  • Define and execute end-to-end GTM strategies to drive customer acquisition and market penetration
  • Identify and leverage digital and traditional channels for sales effectiveness
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop impactful campaigns and customer communication strategies
  • Work closely with internal sales teams and external partners to drive loan origination
  • Design incentive schemes, sales tools, and performance tracking to boost productivity
  • Continuously explore new distribution models to expand reach
  • Conduct regular market analysis to understand competitor offerings, pricing, and positioning
  • Identify gaps and opportunities to differentiate the product in a competitive landscape
  • Monitor portfolio performance (disbursement, NPL, profitability) and take corrective actions as needed
  • Provide regular business performance reports and strategic updates to management

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in consumer lending, with proven experience in cash/personal loan products
  • Strong business acumen with a track record in product development and strategic execution
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Familiarity with digital lending trends and technologies is a strong plus
