We are currently representing one of our client with a luxurious fine dining restaurant based in Jakarta.

Job Description

  • Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and a memorable guest experience
  • Maintain high standards of organization and quality across all departments, from the front of house to the kitchen
  • Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively to uphold our reputation for excellence
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and accountability throughout the restaurant
  • Conduct regular team meetings, provide ongoing feedback, and implement training to refine team skills and maintain high morale
  • Oversee budgeting, inventory control, and cost management to drive profitability while upholding service standards

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in managerial role within luxury or high-end dining establishment or 5 star hotels
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to inspire and manage a team
  • Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and cost control in a hospitality setting
  • Passion for luxury dining, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering a refined guest experience
