Job Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients by understanding their financial needs and offering tailored banking solutions.
  • Proactively manage a portfolio of priority clients, providing personalised advisory services across wealth management, investments, insurance, and deposits.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to expand the priority banking client base through networking, referrals, and market insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as product specialists, wealth advisors, and operations, to ensure smooth service delivery and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Monitor and manage client's portfolios, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales service, promptly resolving client inquiries and issues to maintain high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay updated on market trends and financial products to offer innovative solutions aligned with client's financial goals.



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in managing high-net-worth or priority clients within the banking or financial industry.
  • Strong knowledge of wealth management products, including investments, insurance, and loans.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Good understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance in financial services.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer service orientation.
