About Our Client



Our client is a multinational company running in the packing machinery industry, this role is specifically to cater to building materials (MNC, Local, etc) clients in South East Asia.

Job Description

  • Be in charge of the Building Materials sector in South East Asia
  • Selling Packing Machinery
  • Formulate and implement a strategic sales approach for Southeast Asia in collaboration with our client's headquarters to enhance revenue and achieve profitability objectives.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders to promote long-term partnerships and loyalty.
  • Provide support throughout the sales process, including client outreach, consultations, preparing proposals, negotiations, and contract completion.
  • Ensure that all documentation and information, such as visit summaries, project overviews, and market research, are accurate and current.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, regional offices, and headquarters to facilitate effective communication and operational synergy.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in a commercial or technical field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar sales position, ideally within the same industry; experience with European or international companies is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales and meeting targets.
  • Strong technical knowledge of machinery, with the ability to recommend high-quality equipment and solutions to customers.
  • Has network in Building Material companies (both local and multinational)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, building strong client relationships and promoting teamwork.
  • Quick-thinking problem-solving skills with a flexible approach to meeting customer needs.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English.
  • Home-based in Indonesia preferred, with a willingness to travel throughout Southeast Asia
