Job Description

  • Responsible for managing, implementing, monitoring the system and also ways of working
  • Developing promotion and activation program plan within company's goal and budget and achieve the sales target
  • Identify sales growth and new channel opportunity in the area
  • Ensure implementation of brand activities in the area - aligning with the approved marketing policies and guidelines
  • Creating initiatives/ideas to compete and also deliver market share and sales volume

The Successful Applicant

  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must
  • Proven sales experience; preferably with at least 5 years experiences in sales team
  • Strong sales driven and high energy
  • Excellent communications skill
  • Able to work under pressure with a tight deadline
  • Have the ability to lead representative sales team in order to achieve companys goals
