About Our Client

Our Client is a New Retail Company with interesting Retail Concept with strong expansion plan in Indonesia

Job Description

  • Responsible to calculate, manage, and if necessary, making the adjustment for the inventory of the warehouse.
  • Perform different multiple calculation of every products accordingly.
  • Understand forecast, correct inventory for the warehouse so they have enough products for the stores.
  • Collaborate & communicate well with multiple stakeholders: approved suppliers + logistic manager
  • Taking care of shrinkage, inventory days, managing analysts.
  • Create orders for delivery for the warehouse, depending on the lead time of the suppliers.
  • Taking care of Faulty Product according to SOP I
  • Managing a team of 2 - 3 analyst, and reports directly to Regional Manager



The Successful Applicant

This person will be reporting to Regional Manager and will meet this requirement:

  • Bachelor Degree from reputable university
  • at least 8 years experience as Purchasing/ Merchandising in Retail Company
  • Strong communication in English
  • Great Personality and able to work with multiple stakeholder
  • Familiar working in fast pace environment
