Our Client is a multinational company with multiple plantation sites across Indonesia.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage regional IT operations, ensuring alignment with global policies and business objectives.
  • Oversee IT infrastructure, applications, and security frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Drive large-scale IT projects, including cloud migration, infrastructure upgrades, and cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
  • Partner with senior leadership to align IT strategy with business goals and support long-term technology investments.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 15+ years of IT experience, including 8+ years in senior leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in IT operations, project management, and systems architecture.
  • Expertise in:
  1. Applications: Business applications, financial systems, and operational processes.
  2. Infrastructure: Domain, AD, Exchange, MDM, BackupExec.
  3. Networking: TCP/IP, VPN, Cisco, Fortinet, VSAT, VOIP.
  4. Cloud Platforms: Azure (preferred), AWS exposure is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of IT security standards (ISO 27001, NIST) and business continuity planning.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to travel within Indonesia as required.
