We are partnering with a leading global MedTech company to hire a Regional Associate Director, Market Access. This strategic role will drive market access initiatives across the region, ensuring optimal reimbursement, pricing strategies, and health economics support for innovative medical technologies.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement regional market access strategies to support product launches and lifecycle management.
  • Lead pricing, reimbursement, and health economics initiatives across multiple markets in Asia-Pacific.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Regulatory, Commercial, Medical Affairs) to align market access objectives with business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, payers, and key stakeholders to influence policy and reimbursement decisions.
  • Monitor and analyse regional healthcare trends, HTA requirements, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Provide training and guidance to local market access teams to ensure consistency and compliance with global standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Market Access, Associate Director should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Public Health, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Market Access within the MedTech or Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Regional experience is a must - proven track record managing market access strategies across multiple Asia-Pacific countries.
  • Strong understanding of pricing, reimbursement, HTA processes, and healthcare policy in the region.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a matrix organisation and lead cross-functional projects.
