Job Description

  • Oversee and optimize operations in Crude Palm Oil (CPO) extraction and refinery fractionation
  • Lead extension projects to expand refining capacity and integrate new technologies
  • Spearhead feasibility and implementation of bio-diesel production
  • Manage packaging and bottling lines for consumer-ready palm oil products
  • Develop and scale production of fatty acids as a derivative of CPO for livestock feed
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with plantation, logistics, and commercial teams to drive downstream efficiency

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in palm oil refining, with hands-on expertise in CPO extraction and fractionation
  • Proven track record in refinery extension or capacity expansion projects
  • Experience in bio-diesel feasibility or production is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with packaging and bottling operations for consumer goods
  • Knowledge of rumen fat production or livestock feed applications from CPO derivatives
  • Strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Technology, or related field
