Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive, lead and manage end-to-end recruitment department especially for mass hiring for commercial team such as sales and business development
- Lead and manage a team of internal recruiters and outsourcing vendors to ensure target is achieved in timely manners
- Strategic partner to business as talent acquisition subject matter expert to support business objective
The Successful Applicant
- Proven strong exposures in end-to-endrecruitment for mass hiring with at least 5+ years of experiences including 3+ years in people managerial role
- Must have experiences in recruting sales/business development
- Proven track record in mass hiring in timely manners or specific timeline
- Experienced in managing outsourcing vendors and other relevant third party vendors
- Strategic and strong analytical skills in managing recruitment process and strategy
- Strong project management skills in managing multiple projects and ensuring to meet target
- Hands-on experience in crafting and driving recruitment initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Fluent in English and experience working with regional team
