Job Description

  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and presenting candidates to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and business objectives.
  • Provide consultative advice to clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent strategies.
  • Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline using various sourcing channels.
  • Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Achieve individual and team targets related to placements and revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share market insights and best practices.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development or recruitment/HR
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Proven track record in achieving targets and delivering results.
  • Highly motivated, resilient, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
