Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and engage top-tier candidates for Legal and Government Relations roles.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery: from initial outreach to offer negotiation.
  • Deliver news, updates, and any relevant information professionally to candidates and clients.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews and guide them through the process.
  • Dig deeper to gather insights and information from both candidates and clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service.
  • Actively conduct cold outreach to generate new business opportunities.
  • Present candidates and solutions confidently to clients.
  • Provide market insights and act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates.

The Successful Applicant

Key Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in legal, government relations, and/or business development.
  • Strong understanding of the Legal, Public Policy, and Government Affairs landscape in Indonesia.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) and confident in diverse environments.
  • Graduate from a top university.
  • Strong commercial acumen to actively develop and expand business.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with clear articulation.
  • Highly punctual and professional.
  • Active listener with strong curiosity and problem-solving mindset.
  • Comfortable working with targets and KPIs.
  • Comfortable meeting new people and building networks.
