Job Description

  • Ensuring compliance with international quality standards.
  • Overseeing the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
  • Conducting regular audits and inspections to assess the effectiveness of quality control measures.
  • Providing training and guidance to other members of the life sciences department.
  • Investigating and addressing any issues or complaints related to product quality.
  • Collaborating with other departments to develop solutions for improving product quality.
  • Reporting on the performance of quality control measures to senior management.
  • Assisting in the development of new products to ensure they meet the required quality standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in life sciences or a related field.
  • A thorough understanding of quality assurance procedures and standards with minimal 4 years of experiences as a supervisor.
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
