Job Description

  • Monitoring and analysing production data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and company-specific quality standards.
  • Leading and mentoring a team to uphold quality assurance protocols.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address quality-related challenges.
  • Conducting regular audits and inspections of manufacturing processes.
  • Maintaining detailed documentation of quality control activities.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving techniques.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration across departments.
