About Our Client

We are currently representing one of our client who is specializing in Railway System Engineering & Solution and looking to expand their team

Job Description

  • Oversee and maintain integrated management systems for Quality (ISO 9001), Environment (ISO 14001), and Occupational Health & Safety (ISO 45001).
  • Conduct internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with standards and continuous improvement
  • Monitor and report on QHSE performance metrics, including incident investigations and corrective actions
  • Provide risk management advice and ensure emergency preparedness across all sites
  • Develop and implement workplace health and safety policies, procedures, and initiatives
  • Prepare Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) documents
  • Deliver training and induction programs for employees and contractors
  • Support operational readiness by ensuring all staff qualifications and certifications remain current

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5 years experience in QHSE management, preferably within the rail or infrastructure sector
  • Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards (Lead Auditor or equivalent)
  • Good communication skills, able to engage with all levels of staffs
  • Promotes safety integrity by modelling the same behaviour required of staff
  • Fluent in English
