- Achieve sales target for property development company as well liaise and build close rapport with real estate agents to achieve sales target
- Develop a network of new clients and assist with all potential clients queries.
- Create sales action plans and liaise with marketing department for advertisements
- Anticipate new opportunities to maintain relationship with important clients
- Research and analyse data and trends to provide accurate information to management
- Collaborate with other managers and key employees in real estate division to achieve company's goals
The Successful Applicant
- A recognised degree in business, real estate or related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in sales/marketing related experience
- Strong business acumen in property development sector
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Possess strong technical knowledge with good management, writing and communication skills. Ability to work as a team and lead a team of designers, consultants and contractors.
- Self-motivated, initiative and result oriented person
