As a Project Manager, you will be responsible to oversee and manage geotechnical construction projects. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects within scope, on schedule, and within budget while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Job Description

  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources. Coordinate with engineers, site teams, and clients to ensure smooth execution
  • Oversee geotechnical construction works such as piling, ground anchors, soil nailing, grouting, and other foundation works
  • Ensure compliance with design specifications, engineering standards, and safety regulations
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities
  • Conduct regular project progress meetings and reports
  • Enforce strict adherence to health and safety policies



The Successful Applicant



  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related field with Master's Degree as a plus point
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in geotechnical construction or ground engineering projects with track record in managing projects such as piling, ground improvement, retaining structures, or tunneling
  • Strong understanding of geotechnical design principles, soil mechanics, and foundation engineering
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve technical and commercial issues
  • Knowledge of local construction regulations and safety standards
  • Fluency in English
  • Willing to travel to project sites
