As Project Manager, you will be responsible to oversee the planning, design, and construction of our client's Family Entertainment Center / Indoor Activities projects. This role involves coordinating with stakeholders, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of the project from inception to completion

About Our Client

We are currently representing one of our client who is expanding their business in the Family Entertainment and Indoor Activities sector.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets for the expansion projects
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure project specifications meet business objectives
  • Ensure all permits, licenses, and regulatory approvals are secured
  • Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety standards
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency
  • Ensure the project is delivered on time and ready for operational launch

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in entertainment, hospitality, or commercial construction projects
  • Proven track record in delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Strong knowledge in construction methods and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems or equipments
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Fluent in English
